LOCAL AGENT EASES MOVING DAY
HASSLES 
A local Real Estate Agent, Sunny Sharma is
offering clients use of his cube van on moving day.
Sharma of Century 21 Leading Edge Realty
Inc. said that loaning his van to clients will give them added value to their
purchase.
“Buying a home is more than just
signing documents,” he said. “If clients can use my van,
that’s one less worry, one less cost.”
Sharma said clients are welcome to use his
van for as long as it’s needed on moving day, and on any other day after
that if it’s available.
“As long as they put gas in it, they
can use it anytime.”
This isn’t the first occasion where
Sharma went above and beyond to help his clients. Twice he has helped pay for
renovations to improve a home’s sale ability. “As your agent,
I’m also your partner,” he said.
Sharma has been working as a realtor for 13
years. Prior to that, he worked at Bell Canada where he gained valuable
